Canadian Football League semi-finals this afternoon, from Winnipeg (-6 Celsius) and Regina (now -2; should be colder by game-time).
Does anyone remember Jim Silye in (methinks) 1972 scoring that touchdown on a punt return (in the old days before blocking was allowed in CFL) in a blizzard in Regina?
Great memories.

Yes, I do remember that, though I couldn’t recall the name. Absolutely amazing that anyone could make a return of more than 10 yards, let alone all the way, when it was one against 12. I was awestruck by that.
