And nephew of Deborah! :-D

I got news that he was coming probably that night just as I got on the road to go to Bellingham for the weekend (couldn’t ditch my plans, I was the flower girl in a friend’s wedding). Go figure. Hopefully I’ll get to see him tomorrow!

Deborah: how many of your friends have married this year, i.e. 2008? It seems you have had a wedding to attend every week since you got back from your honeymoon.

Sounds like the husband is having a great time in San Diego … would have been a lot better with the wife.

Congratulations to all the proud family! Welcome Nathaniel! What will his nickname be? Nate? Oh, I know! Cooper’s hero of “The Last of the Mohicans” was a “Nathaniel” also. Therefore –> “Natty”. *smile*

Hmm . . . this was a huge year for weddings. I think that I’ve been to seven weddings (not including my own). But my memory is a fit fuzzy and it could have been more. Oh, and one of the weddings was a double wedding. I’ve been in three (two were the two weeks following our honeymoon, and then the one this weekend).

They keep calling him “Baby Nate” (especially my 2-year-old nephew), but I’ll probably stick with Nathaniel since I like that name. :-)

Congrats!! And stay tuned. I just got back from an extra long weekend visiting my two favourite (and only, so far) grandchildren. Their pictures will be up on my blog as soon as I can figure out how I did it last time.
